 Frequently asked questions

What can I do if the second opinion differs from the first?

Very often, the second opinion will confirm the original recommendation given by your doctor, which will help you to accept the original diagnosis or the treatment to be followed. However, the second opinion may differ. In this case, it is important to look further into both options and to talk about the differences with your doctor. This will help you to follow the best option and you may even ask for another opinion from a third doctor. In many cases, the different options are equally valid. Do not forget that you and you alone have to accept or reject any of the recommendations. Before you begin any treatment you should be sure about it, with no doubts left unclarified.
