How much does it cost to get a second opinion?

The cost of getting a second opinion in oncology from Cancer Consultants is €300 ($380). If you request a revision of the histopathological diagnosis (assessment of the biopsy or tumour tissue to establish the diagnosis of cancer and its characteristics) the standard price is €300 ($380) although this may be increased, depending on the laboratory techniques used (immunohistochemical tests, hybridation in situ, etc.). If both things are requested together, the price would be €500 ($635). Payment can be made by bank transfer (number: 2100 2824 18 0200038742) or by credit card on these same pages.

Many insurance companies cover second opinions in oncology. We have no agreement with any of them. However, we recommend that you check whether your insurance covers the refunding of this consultation.
